The Ad Hoc Servicing Carrier Expense Allowance Committee will consider the appropriate expense
allowance and incentive bonus plan for Servicing Carriers handling high loss ratio ERPs during the
2005-2007 transition to an assigned risk plan. This ad hoc committee reports to the Actuarial Committee.
