The Compliance and Operations Committee considers matter relating to statistical, accounting, data
processing and procedural operations. The Committee also develops guidelines relating to Hybrid Audit Plan
(HAP) and Commercial Automobile audits and reviews operational compliance relating to the CAR Plan, Rules, and Manuals.
