Claims Subcommittee
Committee Listing
The Claims Subcommittee is responsible for reviewing issues and developing proposals related to
claims activity, including the biennial review of the Private Passenger and Commercial Claims Performance
Standards, consideration of excess judgment claims for companies requesting reimbursement and ad-hoc issues
pertaining to claims or claims handling. The Subcommittee reports to the Compliance and Operations Committee.
