Rules 4.H. and 24.H.

Rules 4.H. and 24.H. require that before the Governing Committee takes final action on a matter that has a direct impact on any member company's subscription level, deficit participation, quota share determination, or any other significant financial impact, CAR is to notify all member companies at least twenty (20) calendar days prior to the scheduled Governing Committee meeting.
