The quarter ending December 31, 2023 Settlement of Balances, Member Participation, and related reports are now available under the Financial section of the Reports Page. Note that member companies now have the option of downloading their own and industry member participation data in MS Excel format.

The September 30, 2021 Annual Statement Schedule P Reports are now available on the Settlement of Balance page under the Financial section of the Reports Page. The reports reflect your company’s inception-to-date assumed share of claim counts and salvage & subrogation data for Massachusetts automobile lines for your Annual Statement Schedule-P reporting.
