| Rule 13.B.5.c. has been updated in conjunction with the Registry of Motor Vehicle’s replacement of the RMV-1 and RMV-3 forms with the Registration and Title Application (RTA).
The modification made adds reference to the new form and eliminates references to the obsolete forms. |
