The definition of Eligible Risk has been modified to specify that in order to qualify as an Eligible Risk, the applicant must establish that any person who usually drives the motor vehicle holds or is eligible to obtain a valid operator's license.

Rule 14
The Exclusive Representative Producer (ERP) eligibility requirements in Section A.4. of Rule 14 has been updated to include the requirement that a producer must meet market need conditions as established by CAR's Governing Committee in order to qualify for appointment to a Servicing Carrier as an ERP.
