for motor vehicle insurance written in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and
pursuant to GL c.175, §113H, G.L.c.175, §113A, 211 CMR 79.00, and Division
of Insurance Bulletin 2009-12, filed on September 4, 2009, its Rate Filing
to apply to policies written through the Massachusetts Automobile
Insurance Plan, with effective dates on and after April 1, 2010.
