Assigned Risk Producer Certification Process

Agencies wishing to obtain certification for access and placement of business in the Massachusetts Assigned Risk Insurance Plan must complete and submit the Application for Assigned Risk Producer Certification and the Producer Security Form.

Application for ARP Certification
Agencies must complete and submit the Application for Assigned Risk Producer Certification.

Producer Security Form
Agency Security Administrators must complete and submit this form in order to begin the security process.
