Financial Services

The Financial Services Department is responsible for producing CAR's quarterly Member Participation reports, financial results and related cash flow transactions. The department handles all banking, cash management and investment activity, prepares ad hoc financial analyses, develops the operating budget, monitors expenses, and manages the general ledger and payroll systems.
