The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing all of CAR's audit requirements and
is instrumental in monitoring and maintaining CAR's Audit Program, which provides for
the statistical compliance and accounting audits of Member Companies, Commercial Servicing
Carriers and Assigned Risk Companies.
